CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT in Concord, New Hampshire seeks a Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate with 3-5+ years of defense experience. The attorney will handle matters from inception through resolution with full file responsibility and potential for leadership and partnership.

The role offers an in-office start with four days per week, then remote flexibility 3-4 days weekly, and a substantial long-term leadership path. Strong trial and advocacy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients, insurers, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
• Prepare matters for trial and participate in trials as experience permits
• Manage a substantial caseload within a busy defense practice

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate for its Concord, New Hampshire office.

The ideal attorney will have 3-5+ years of experience defending medical malpractice cases and must be able to handle matters from start to finish with full file responsibility.

The practice has substantial existing work and can keep the right attorney busy full time, while offering a significant long-term leadership and partnership opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience
• Defense-side medical malpractice background required
• Plaintiff-side medical malpractice backgrounds are not a fit for this role
• Experience managing cases from inception through resolution
• Full file responsibility and independent case management
• Trial experience preferred
