Stonepath in Miami, a respected boutique litigation defense firm, seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Medical Malpractice team. You will manage cases through all phases of litigation, including motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation, collaborating with experienced litigators.

You’ll gain meaningful client interaction and early case responsibility in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment within a hybrid, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling medical malpractice defense cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to develop case strategy.
