Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and active Florida Bar membership.
• Experience in civil defense litigation focused on medical malpractice/long-term care.
• Proven ability to draft motions and legal documents, conduct research and writing.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of medical malpractice/long-term care defense cases.
• Locate and identify medical experts to review and opine on matters.
• Attend court hearings, conduct depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Counsel clients with clear updates and comprehensive legal advice.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and respond to discovery.
