Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) Atlanta office seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Medical Malpractice litigation team. Opportunity to work with national defense leaders, learn from experienced litigators, and help shape case strategy while developing client relationships.

1–3 years civil litigation experience and Georgia Bar admission are required; insurance defense experience is preferred. Salary range is $120k–$135k+ with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience required.
• Prior experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Active Georgia Bar in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Join the Medical Malpractice litigation team and contribute to case strategy and development.
• Interact with and develop clients.
• Participate in case management and litigation planning.
