Job Details

Responsibilities

• Work with senior litigators to develop litigation strategy for the defense of medical malpractice actions
• Draft and review pleadings and discovery, memos, briefs and other legal correspondence and litigation documents
• Analysis of medical records
• Represent clients in court
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings and all other aspects of medical malpractice litigation
• Interact with medical experts
• Conduct legal and medical research and analysis
• Draft motions

• 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice/healthcare litigation
