Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join a Savannah, GA firm. You will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial within an established practice group.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical malpractice experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and a proven ability to handle high-volume caseloads while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active GA State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years of medical malpractice experience, preferably Plaintiff.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
