BCG Attorney Search in North Charleston, South Carolina seeks an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team, managing a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial within an established practice group.

The role emphasizes strong litigation, trial preparation, and client service, with opportunities to interact with expert witnesses, draft filings, and represent clients at depositions and hearings.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active SC State Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years of medical malpractice experience, preferably Plaintiff.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
