Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney in Washington, DC. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial within a well-established practice group.

The role requires a JD, strong written and oral advocacy, and a track record of handling medical malpractice matters with client-service excellence. You will engage with expert witnesses and manage multiple high-volume cases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the FL State Bar Association in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years of medical malpractice experience, preferably Plaintiff.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice cases from intake to resolution, including trial.
• Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
