• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare summaries of medical records for client advocacy.
• Draft motions and represent clients in court hearings.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend when required.
• Draft reports for trials and appellate activity.
• Respond to discovery requests and related motions.
• Regular court attendance to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
