Stealth, a well-established New Jersey law firm, seeks a Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Attorney for its Monmouth County office. The attorney will handle plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases from intake to resolution, collaborating with experts and trial teams to develop liability theories and trial strategies.

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, with plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience strongly preferred.
• Active New Jersey Bar license in good standing.
• Strong writing, deposition, and courtroom skills.
• Comfort working with medical experts and complex medical records.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working well within a team environment.

Job description

A well-established New Jersey law firm is seeking a Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its Monmouth County office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to take on substantive case responsibility within a collaborative, client-focused practice.

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
