Medical Mal-Practice Associate Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Mal-Practice Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and professional liability, with a focus on medical malpractice cases. This role requires a passion for advocating for clients while navigating complex litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support case strategies
• Participate in litigation processes, including discovery and trial preparation
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Analyze medical records and evidence to build strong cases
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
