Milford Veterinary Hospital in Milford, NH seeks a Medical Lead Veterinarian to champion clinical quality and staff development. You will mentor veterinarians, collaborate with the Practice Manager, and guide the team toward exceptional patient care and client service in a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, medical excellence, and community involvement as part of Mission Pet Health’s network, with a focus on mentorship, training, and high standards of care.

Formación

• DVM degree and valid state veterinary license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mentality and ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn hospital financial and operating management.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and basic computer skills.
• Enthusiasm for a progressive, growth-oriented culture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor all associate veterinarians, conducting regular performance discussions and development planning.
• Model medical excellence in medicine, client service, and efficiency while practicing clinically.
• Partner with Practice Manager to develop annual operating plans and drive EBITDA-oriented hospital performance.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings, supervise externship/mentorship programs, and support recruitment efforts.
• Represent the hospital and Mission Pet Health in community engagement and outreach.
