Qualifications
- DVM degree and state license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Servant leadership mentality and collaborative relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understanding of hospital financial and operating management.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Outlook.
- Enthusiasm for growth-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor all DVMs, conduct performance discussions and development goals.
- Model medical excellence in medicine, client service, and efficiency while practicing.
- Partner with Practice Manager to meet EBITDA and regulatory standards.
- Lead monthly doctor meetings and supervise externships/mentorships.
- Act as ambassador for the hospital and Mission Pet Health in community events.
