Qualificações

• DVM degree and a valid state license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mentality with commitment to core values and collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of the financial and operating management of a hospital.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the DVM team, conducting performance discussions and coaching.
• Model medical excellence in client service and medicine while also practicing as an associate veterinarian.
• Drive hospital performance with management of the operating plan and EBITDA goals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings and supervise externship/mentorship programs to foster growth.
• Act as an ambassador for the hospital and Mission Pet Health in the community.
