You will partner with the Practice Manager to drive quality care, maintain strong client service, and guide daily hospital operations.

The role emphasizes leadership development, mentorship, and adherence to high standards of medicine, with compensation including a base salary plus production bonuses and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mindset and collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of hospital finances and operating management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your DVM team, conducting regular performance discussions and development goals.
• Role model medical excellence in client service and medicine while maintaining active clinical duties.
• Drive hospital performance with annual operating planning and EBITDA-focused governance.
• Foster a culture of growth through monthly doctor meetings, externship supervision, and recruitment initiatives.
• Be an ambassador for the hospital and Mission Pet Health in community engagement.
