Job summary

Cynosure, a leader in medical aesthetics, is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site service, repair, calibration and installation of laser systems at customer sites or service centers. You will report to a supervisor, maintain service records, provide remote support as needed, and travel up to 50% to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a BS degree or three years equivalent, 2–5 years in medical electronics field service, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of related experience in electronics.
• Specific study in electronics or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of field service experience in medical electronics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, calibrate and install laser systems and subsystems.
• Maintain accurate service records and advise on equipment issues.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers and at workshops/shows.
• Support remote service days via call center when needed.
• Travel up to 50% for service and customer support.
