Job summary

MFM Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist CLS/MLS to perform moderate‑complexity testing in accordance with Massachusetts 105 CMR 180.000, CLIA regulations, and applicable federal and state requirements. You will be responsible for all phases of testing, including pre‑analytical, analytical, and post‑analytical processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and integrity of laboratory results.

The role reports to the Laboratory Manager/Technical Supervisor and requires competency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Technologist (Associate’s Degree) required.
• MLS/MT certification preferred and strong regulatory knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical lab experience in routine testing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate‑complexity testing per established procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling, specimen acceptability, and documentation of results.
• Maintain quality control, calibration, and instrument maintenance.
