Job summary

Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH seeks a per diem Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist to process specimens, perform tests, report results, calibrate equipment, and assist the Laboratory Manager with validating new tests and procedures. A B.S.

in Medical Technology or MLS meeting ASCP requirements is required, with certification within one year if not yet board certified; NH licensure is optional.

This role is on a per diem basis- not full time or part time.

Job Summary:

Process specimens, perform tests, report results, calibrate equipment, and assist the Clinical Laboratory Manager in determining the accuracy and utility of new tests and procedures. Requirements: B.S. in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science that meets the academic requirements of the ASCP Board Registry. Must be certified by ASCP or equivalent. If not currently board certified, must be certified within one year of hire. Licensure is optional in the State of New Hampshire.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $33.77/hr - $42.22/hr - $45.59/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
