Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY is seeking an MLT/MT to join our Laboratory team. The role covers a broad range of lab procedures, supports student instruction, and participates in annual training and HIPAA compliance.

We're looking for candidates with an ASCP/AMT/HEW certification or equivalent, an associate or bachelor's in medical technology, and strong communication skills. Weekend night or weekday night schedules are available, with PRN options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate in Med Tech or Med Lab Tech required.
• ASCP/AMT/HEW or equivalent certification required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced lab.
• Ability to lift over 35 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of laboratory procedures.
• Assists with instruction to students and new lab team members.
• Participates in required education, competencies, and annual training.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Follows HIPAA compliance and current lab procedures and policies.
