Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY is seeking an MLT/MT to join our Laboratory team. The role covers a broad range of lab procedures, supports student instruction, and participates in annual training and HIPAA compliance.

We're looking for candidates with an ASCP/AMT/HEW certification or equivalent, an associate or bachelor's in medical technology, and strong communication skills. Weekend night or weekday night schedules are available, with PRN options.

Qualifications

Location: Lab, Jane Wheatley Medical Building, at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky

Schedule: Full time position for Weekend Nights or Weekday Nights available.

What You’ll Do

• Performs a wide range of laboratory procedures.
• Assists with instruction to students and new team members of lab procedures.
• Participates in required education, competencies, and annual training.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Recognizes variation in test results and the ability to determine accuracy.
• Familiar with lab equipment, operation of equipment, and problem solving if needed.
• Follows all current and up to date lab procedures and policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate or Bachelor's degree specializing as a Med Tech or Med Lab Tech.
• ASCP, AMT, HEW, or equivalent certifications required
