Qualifications

• MS/ASCP or AMT-recognized license is required.
• Associate degree or certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology is required.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and operate lab instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and prepare samples for in-house and reference testing.
• Operate automated chemistry, hematology, immunology, and urinalysis instruments under supervision.
• Verify quality control and maintain accurate records.
• Report results to clinicians and alert on critical values.
• Assist with instrument maintenance and inventory control.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and LIS/EMR system usage.
