Are you an experienced Clinical Lab Professional seeking a new challenge or starting your career in Clinical Lab Science? LabCorp is looking to fill a position at Milwaukee, WI, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, aligned with our mission: “Improving Health, Improving Lives.”

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 11:00pm - 6:30am. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Benefits:

Employees scheduled to work 20+ hours/week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Part-time employees working less than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) Plan only.

Job Responsibilities:

• Determine specimen acceptability for testing based on established criteria.
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures per SOPs.
• Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Make technical decisions regarding testing and problem-solving.
• Prepare, test, and evaluate new reagents or controls.
• Report accurate and timely test results to support patient care.
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.
• Replenish testing supplies as needed.
• Assist with specimen processing when required.
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear PPE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or meet local regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical lab testing experience or an MLS degree.
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with computers; familiarity with LIS is a plus.
• High attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills.
• Must pass a color vision screen.
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed.
