Job summary

Under general supervision, you will analyze specimens and prepare detailed reports to support accurate diagnoses and patient care. A NAACLS-accredited program or equivalent education combined with certification within 180 days is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in Laboratory Sciences or equivalent, NAACLS-accredited MLT program, OR 60 college credits with chemistry/biology and 50-week military lab training, OR 3 years lab experience in last 10 years.
• Certification by ASCP/NCA/AMT/HEW or other recognized agency required within 180 days of hire.
• Experience in an accredited laboratory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex testing in all major clinical laboratory areas.
• Analyze specimens and prepare detailed reports to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Ensure accurate and valid test results under general supervision.
