10. Utilize technology and LIS systems adeptly to streamline processes.
11. Foster positive relationships with patients, visitors, and diverse staff members.

Requirements:

1. Registered MLT/MT with current credentials (ASCP, NCAMLP, AMT, ASMT or equivalent), or eligibility within six months.
2. Proficient in operating laboratory instruments and interpreting results accurately.
3. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, medical professionals, and stakeholders.
4. Ability to accommodate and understand the needs of patients across different age groups.
5. Familiarity with laboratory protocols and procedures.
6. Self-motivated and capable of working independently within established guidelines.
