White Rock Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a compassionate Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our community hospital team. You will perform routine and specialized lab tests, operate instruments, and help ensure accurate, timely results for patient care.

The role requires at least an Associate’s degree in medical laboratory technology and MLT certification (ASCP/AMT preferred). Experience of 5 years in a clinical lab is desired; LIS and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze specimens following established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures.
• Record and report results to physicians and healthcare providers promptly.
