Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician I (MLT) for Willard Hospital in Willard, OH. You will perform routine tests on biological specimens, ensuring accurate results and patient safety while supporting physicians with reliable data.

Qualifications

• Associates of Science in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent.
• 60 semester hours including chemistry and biology or military medical lab
• MLT certification or ASCP eligibility.
• Two years of lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical tests on blood and tissue specimens.
• Ensure accuracy and deliver quality results to physicians.
• Perform quality control and equipment checks.
• maintain a safe, compliant lab environment and assist with troubleshooting
