The MLT must ensure patient safety, maintain quality control, and work in a fast-paced environment. Certification as MLT or eligibility is required, with two years of clinical lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with MLTech training.
• Completion of required coursework or military med lab training within 10 years.
• MLT certification or eligible (ASCP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs routine analytical tests on biological specimens.
• Ensures specimen quality and correct results.
• Maintains safety and equipment, adheres to procedures.
• Monitors quality control and laboratory conditions.
• Performs other duties as assigned
