Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform diagnostic testing on patient samples and support physicians in diagnosing a range of conditions. You will follow standardized procedures and assist in preparing specimens for testing.

Education requirement is an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, with ASCP BOC certification or equivalent; if not certified, certification must be obtained within the first year.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required.
• Certification as Medical Laboratory Technician by ASCP Board of Certification (BOC) or equivalent.
• If not certified, certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.
