Complete forms and reports findings to nurses and/or physicians.6. Interact with other healthcare workers to solve problems and interpret patient lab results within the framework of medical technology.7. Perform routine and basic laboratory testing within a designated area in the clinical laboratory.8. Recognize testing inconsistency and takes appropriate corrective action.9. Maintain all patent and specimen records accurately, neatly, and legibly.10. Follow hospital, state, and federal guidelines for ensuring a safe environment for workers, patients, and public.11. Maintain compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures for safety, security, and infection control.12.
