Job Summary

The Laboratory Tech performs a variety of laboratory testing procedures within Transfusion Services, ensuring accurate and timely results that support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing specimens, interpreting and documenting results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and adhering to all regulatory and quality standards.
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis in Transfusion Services/Blood Bank.
• Accurately interpret, document, and report test results.
• Follow established laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control standards.

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $37.13 - $54.39 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
