Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/MLS or related clinical laboratory degree with proper certification.
• ASCP or NAACLS accreditation required or applicable for certification tracks.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs and reports analyses from multiple specimen sources.
• Maintains patient care quality and satisfaction in assigned area.
• Ensures proper specimen handling, accessioning, and identification.
• Completes instrument maintenance, quality control, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Replenishes reagents and follows all reporting procedures.
