You will handle specimen processing, result reporting, and ensure accuracy for patient safety.

Applicants should have a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a related field with ASCP/NAACLS accreditation, or equivalent certification, or a BS in biology/chemistry with ASCP categoric

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or clinical laboratory science with ASCP/NAACLS accreditation or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Performs and reports analyses from various specimen sources to provide high-quality patient care.
• Maintains productivity and validates patient ages in the assigned clinical area.
• Performs instrument maintenance, troubleshooting and quality control; replenishes reagents per protocol.
