Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join the team. The role collects, processes and performs laboratory testing, serving as a key operator and trainer for instrumentation in the assigned discipline and acting as charge person as needed.

The position offers a 70/10 incentive program with seven consecutive 10-hour shifts (Tue–Mon), every other weekend, rotating holidays, and schedules from 2:00 pm–12:30 am on weekdays, 1:45 pm–12:15 am on weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or field related to area or specialty required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process and perform laboratory testing according to protocols.
• Operate and train on instrumentation in assigned discipline.
• Serve as charge person as assigned.
