Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Certification from MLS/H/C/BB ASCP or AMT within 18 months of hire.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory tests on patient specimens to aid diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Analyze test results and report findings to physicians and other healthcare providers.
