Details

• On-Call/Weekends
• Sign-on Bonus: $2,500
• Pay Range: $25.68+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities

1. Perform moderate/high complexity test procedures independently.
2. Support quality control, troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, staff training, and process improvement.
3. Ensure compliance with SOPs, record keeping, and timely reporting of results.
4. Maintain safety standards and participate in inspections.
5. Assist in training and possibly lead duties in the absence of supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience or training in a high complexity clinical lab setting.
• Preferred 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Associates Degree or higher in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Proficiency in lab instruments, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office.
• ASCP Certification preferred.

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Stand and work at the bench for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling lab equipment.
