Position Details

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm (Rotational Weekends)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 available

Department:

Spec Chem - LCMSMS - Clin Lab

Responsibilities:

1. Perform moderate/high complexity test procedures independently.
2. Support quality control, troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and staff training.
3. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.
4. Maintain laboratory safety and compliance with regulations.
5. Participate in inspections and training activities.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of full-time experience or training in a high complexity clinical lab.
• Preferred: 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Associates Degree in Laboratory Science or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• ASCP Certification required.
• Proficiency in laboratory instruments, Microsoft Office, and Laboratory Information Systems.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds.
• Stand and work at the bench for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for laboratory procedures.
