Position: Medical Laboratory Scientist II - Cleveland, OH - Tuesday to Saturday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Department: Clinical Laboratory - Auto Chemistry
Responsibilities include performing moderate/high complexity test procedures independently, troubleshooting instruments, supporting quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of full-time experience or training in a high-complexity clinical laboratory setting; preferred 3 years of experience. Must have a BS/BA in Medical Technology, Chemistry, or Biology, or an Associates degree with relevant certification (e.g., ASCP).
Physical requirements involve lifting objects up to 50 pounds with assistance, standing for long periods, and manual dexterity for laboratory instruments.
Skills required include leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Laboratory Information Systems.
