• Involve blood phlebotomy, testing patient samples, preparing specimens for transport, and delivering results efficiently.
• Instruct staff, manage inventory, support accreditation efforts, perform routine and specialized procedures, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
