Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics or Biology will be considered at the hiring manager’s discretion.
• Registry for Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP or equivalent) preferred; registry eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical laboratory tests, procedures and analyses.
• Prepare samples for examination and operate automated equipment.
• Interpret results to support clinician treatment decisions.
• Work with limited supervision; may serve as Tech in Charge.
• Demonstrate good judgement and perform under pressure.
