Required is a Bachelor's in medical technology or related field and active MLS/MT licensure or eligibility. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities are essential for contributing to accurate diagnoses and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field.
• Eligible for state licensure as Medical Laboratory Scientist or Generalist (where applicable).
• ASCP/AMT/AAB certification within required timeframe if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine and specialized laboratory testing within established timeframes.
• Conducts quality control and instrument maintenance.
• Escalates issues when results are out of control and documents corrective actions.
• Maintains compliance with accreditation standards and safety guidelines.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses.
