Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field is required.
• ASCP MT/MLS, AMT CLS, or equivalent certification is required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience or qualifying hospital internship.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity testing across the laboratory.
• Prepare and validate test results and reports.
• Support QC, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance & process improvement.

Education
