Job summary

The United States Navy seeks Medical Laboratory Scientists to lead critical laboratory operations globally, overseeing blood products, transfusion management, and diagnostic quality to safeguard patient care. Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Medical Technology (MT), Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), or a natural science.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (including core science coursework)
• Completion of a NAACLS-accredited MLS/CLS/MT program
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical laboratory experience
• Leadership/supervisory experience highly desired
• Blood bank/transfusion services experience is a plus
