Pride Health is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Cleveland, OH. This is a Full-time, 13 weeks contract for 1st Shift (Weekdays).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to support our high-volume site in Cleveland, OH. This role is critical to supporting high-complexity testing and maintaining laboratory excellence across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a regulated and fast-paced clinical lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex specimen analyses using approved procedures and lab equipment
• Process, test, and report patient specimens while maintaining strict adherence to laboratory protocols
• Conduct quality control activities, equipment calibrations, and maintenance
• Document all testing procedures, proficiency tests, and corrective actions
• Follow CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and lab safety standards
• Communicate with peers and occasionally clients to clarify results or provide updates
• Participate in training, inspections, and departmental improvement effort
• Maintain clean, stocked, and compliant work areas

Qualifications:

• BS in Medical Technology strongly preferred
• National certification as MT/MLT from ASCP, AMT
• Minimum 1 year clinical lab experience performing high-complexity testing (preferred)

Additional Information:

• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Job Type: 13-wks contract
• Shifts: Tuesday – Saturday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM EST
• Pay Range: $30 - $45 per hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
