Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency.

• Review, validate, and release test results.
• Maintain detailed records of testing and quality control.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and document corrective actions.
• Report STAT and critical results promptly.
• Manage reagent labeling, storage, and tracking.
• Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Schedule: 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM (PST), with weekend rotation
