Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join our Yakima, WA team. This role involves performing routine and complex lab procedures, ensuring accurate results, and maintaining instrumentation per SOPs. You will support patient care through precise analysis and collaboration with a skilled lab team.

Required a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology and 1+ year of clinical lab experience or MLS degree. Overtime and flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology.
• 1 year or more of clinical laboratory testing experience OR an MLS degree.

Responsibilities

• Determine acceptability of specimens for testing.
• Perform routine and complex procedures per SOPs.
• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Report accurate test results to deliver quality patient care.
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.
• Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary.
