Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Medical Lab Technologist at Meridian Medical Center in Tualatin, OR. Work schedule is 7 on, 7 off (Thu-Wed) 9 PM–7:30 AM. You will perform routine and complex testing, maintain instrumentation, and ensure timely, accurate results to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related field; ASCP/AMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine acceptability of specimens for testing according to criteria.
• Function as a generalist across hospital lab departments.
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures per SOPs.
• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper function.
• Prepare, test and evaluate reagents or controls.
• Report accurate test results to support patient care.
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.
