This generalist role includes blood bank duties and phlebotomy, with collaboration across laboratory and clinical teams to ensure accurate, timely results supporting patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of medical laboratory technician.
• Associate degree in related field.
• Experience: none.
• Requires ASCP or AMT certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and some moderately complex lab tests across disciplines.
• Ensures accuracy and timely reporting of results.
• Operates instrumentation and maintains QC procedures.
• Collects specimens and assists with phlebotomy as needed.
• Collaborates with team to meet patient care goals.
