Position Overview: We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team. This position involves performing testing in a timely manner, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring accurate results in emergency and routine testing. The MLT will work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to all safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Associate's degree in medical technology or related field (MLT) or Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, chemistry, biology, or related science (MT). Prior experience preferred.
Certifications: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification (ASCP preferred). DOT training and BLS certification recommended.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
