Clinlab.AI in Miami, FL is seeking a talented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. You will perform testing in Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Hematology and/or Urine Departments to support physician offices.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with CLIA/HIPAA, and collaboration with office staff, phlebotomy, and our operations team to ensure timely, high-quality results. This position offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred.
• 1+ years previous work experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing a positive and empathetic understanding to all physicians and their staff.
• Collaborate with the Office Staff to ensure timely and accurate testing.
• Coordinate Collection of Samples with the Phlebotomy Staff.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships for the laboratory.
• Work closely with the Technical Consultant and Clinlab.AI operations team to optimize lab workflow and operation.
• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Comply with State & Local Health Departments, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
