Clinlab.AI is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will perform testing in the Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Hematology and/or Urine Departments to support our mission of delivering insightful information to physician offices nationwide.

The role emphasizes accurate testing, collaboration with office staff, inventory management, and adherence to CLIA, HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing a positive and empathetic understanding to all physicians and their staff.
• Collaborate with the Office Staff to ensure timely and accurate testing.
• Coordinate Collection of Samples with the Phlebotomy Staff.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships for the laboratory.
• Work closely with the Technical Consultant and Clinlab.AI operations team to optimize lab workflow and operation.
• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Comply with State & Local Health Departments, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.

In this position, you will perform testing in the Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Hematology and/or Urine Departments.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing a positive and empathetic understanding to all physicians and their staff.

Collaborate with the Office Staff to ensure timely and accurate testing.

Coordinate Collection of Samples with the Phlebotomy Staff.

Manage inventory and vendor relationships for the laboratory.

Work closely with the Technical Consultant and Clinlab.AI operations team to optimize lab workflow and operation.

Test Administration:

Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.

Compliance & QA:

Comply with State & Local Health Departments, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.

Qualification Requirement:

Associate Degree preferred

1+ years previous work experience in a clinical laboratory.
